You can answer the prompts all at once, or one each day of the month, or grouped by subject. The goal is just to start thinking about what you’d like for the coming year and beyond. Journaling helps to get your desires out on paper and is a powerful first step for manifesting your dreams.

Who are you a year from now? 5 years from now?
Describe the ideal day in your life from start to finish.
Describe your ideal romantic relationship.
Describe how your ideal relationship makes you feel. How can you create that energy in your life now?
Describe your ideal friend group.
How often do you see your friends in your ideal life?
Describe how you feel with your ideal friend group. How can you create that energy now?
What relationship do you have with your family in your ideal life? (This can be biological or found family)
What do you want to attract more of in your life?
Describe your current relationship with money.

Write your favorite affirmations. What are some ways you can implement them into your life even more?

As you answer these prompts, allow yourself to enjoy daydreaming about your ideal life. The best way to manifest is to first allow yourself to feel good about what you want to bring into your life. Let journaling be an enjoyable activity. You can even build a ritual around your journaling practice. Settle down with a cup of tea, light a candle, put on some music, whatever puts you in a great mood. There is no right or wrong way to answer, you can use bullet points, or draw the answers, whatever works for you.
